Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly.
Pre-Orders
Some items may be available as pre-orders. If you place a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page. Please note that any items purchased along with a pre-order will ship together once all items are in stock, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and destination, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
